结直肠癌COX-2、MSS表达与临床病理特征的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨与分析结直肠癌环氧化酶(Cyclooxygenase,COX)-2、微卫星稳定性(microsatellite stability,MSS)表达与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选择肿瘤外科收治的结直肠癌患者144例,取所有患者的病灶组织新鲜标本(病灶组)与正常肠黏膜(距癌组织≥5 cm)新鲜标本(对照组),采用免疫组化法检测COX-2、MSS表达情况。结果病灶组的COX-2、MSS阳性表达率为69.4%和84.0%,显著高于对照组的23.6%和38.9%(P<0.05)。在144例患者中,病灶组织中COX-2阳性表达和MSS阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期、肿瘤直径密切相关(P<0.05)。直线相关分析显示病灶组织的COX-2阳性表达率与MSS阳性表达率呈显著正相关性(γ=0.762,P=0.000)。结论结直肠癌病灶组织的COX-2、MSS呈现高表达,且与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期、肿瘤直径密切相关。Objective To investigate and analyze the correlation between the expression of cyclooxygenase(COX)-2,microsatellite stability(MSS)and clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer.Methods 144 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to surgical treatment were selected as subjects.The fresh specimens(lesion group)and normal intestinal mucosa fresh specimens at least 5 cm from cancer tissue(control group)were collected from all patients,and the immunohistochemical method were used to detect the expression of COX-2 and MSS,and the clinical data of the patients were investigated and were given correlation analysis.Results The positive expression rates of COX-2 and MSS in the lesion group were 69.4%and 84.0%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(23.6%and 38.9%,P<0.05).In the 144 patients,the positive expression of COX-2 and MSS in the lesions were closely related to tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage,and tumor diameter(P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that the positive expression rate of COX-2 in the lesion tissue were significantly positively correlated with the positive expression rate of MSS(γ=0.762,P=0.000).Conclusion COX-2 and MSS in colorectal cancer tissues are highly expressed,which can affect each other and are closely related to tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and tumor diameter.
