摘  要:目的研究CT引导下125I粒子植入联合贝伐单抗对非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法选择80例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为2组。对照组在CT引导下植入125I粒子,观察组在对照组的基础上联用贝伐单抗。比较2组患者的生活质量,并检测巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的MIF、VEGF表达水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显更低(P<0.05)。2组的恶心呕吐、气胸、血小板减少、咳血、白细胞减少、高血压等发生率无明显的差异(P>0.05)。结论CT引导下125I粒子植入联合贝伐单抗对非小细胞肺癌具有显著的疗效,能下调MIF、VEGF的表达,改善患者生活质量。Objective To study the effect analysis of CT-guided 125I seed implantation combined with bevacizumab in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into 2 groups randomly.The control group was implanted with 125I seeds under CT guidance,and the observation group was treated with bevacizumab.The quality of life was compared between the 2 groups,and the levels of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were detected.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of MIF and VEGF in the 2 groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,pneumothorax,thrombocytopenia,hemoptysis,leukopenia and hypertension between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CT-guided 125I seed implantation combined with bevacizumab has a significant effect on non-small cell lung cancer.It can down-regulate the expression of MIF and VEGF,and improve the quality of life of patients.
