摘  要:目的研究DC-CIK生物免疫疗法用于甲状腺癌术后的疗效及对患者IL-16、TNF水平的影响。方法随机选取甲状腺癌患者60例,随机分为2组:化疗组采用CMF化疗方案辅助治疗,DC-CIK生物免疫疗法组(30例)在CMF化疗方案辅助治疗基础上进行DC-CIK生物免疫治疗,统计分析2组患者的临床疗效、T细胞水平、血清VEGF、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平。结果DC-CIK生物免疫疗法组患者的总缓解率为86.7%(26/30),显著高于CMF化疗方案辅助治疗组的60.0%(18/30)(P<0.05);CD4+Th17均显著低于CMF化疗方案辅助治疗组(P<0.05),Th17/Treg、CD4+CD25+Treg均显著高于CMF化疗方案辅助治疗组(P<0.05),血清VEGF、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平均显著低于CMF化疗方案辅助治疗组(P<0.05)。结论DC-CIK生物免疫疗法能够有效降低甲状腺癌患者术后IL-16、TNF水平,提升临床疗效。Objective To explore the effects of DC-CIK biological immunotherapy on postoperative IL-16 and TNF levels in patients with thyroid carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with thyroid cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,One group was CMF chemotherapy adjuvant therapy group,and the other group was CMF chemotherapy adjuvant therapy based on DC-CIK biological immunotherapy group(30 cases),The clinical efficacy,T cell level,serum VEGF,TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 levels of the 2 groups were analyzed.Results The total remission rate of the CAT gourp was 86.7%(26/30),which was significantly higher than that of the DC-CIK group(60.0%(18/30)(P<0.05),CD4+Th17 in the CAT gourp was significantly lower than that in the DC-CIK gourp(P<0.05),Th17/Treg and CD4+CD25+Treg in the CAT gourp were significantly higher than those in the DC-CIK group(P<0.05),serum VEGF,TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 levels in the CAT gourp were significantly lower than those of the DC-CIK gourp(P<0.05).Conclusion DC-CIK biological immunotherapy can effectively reduce the postoperative IL-16 and TNF levels in patients with thyroid carcinoma,which can improve clinical efficacy.
