精准扶贫视角下山西省科技智库的建设探索

摘　　要：通过分析山西科技智库的发展现状,明确定位科技智库在精准扶贫战略中的发展方向,从信息服务的视角分析科技智库知识服务的要素,提出科技智库精准扶贫信息服务平台的构想,并从人才建设、智库成果质量、智库影响力以及智库的资金来源4个方面论述了科技智库建设的实现路径。Through analyzing the development status of Shanxi science and technology think tank,the development direction of science and technology think tank in the precision poverty alleviation strategy is clearly positioned,the elements of knowledge service of science and technology think tank are analyzed from the perspective of information service,the idea of precision poverty alleviation information service platform of science and technology think tank is proposed.In addition,this paper discusses the way to realize the construction of scientific and technological think tank from four aspects:talent construction,quality of think tank achievements,influence of think tank and source of fund of think tank.
