摘　　要：目的:临床分析乳腺癌术后化疗患者的睡眠质量及影响因素.方法:选取2016年4月至2019年4月福建省宁德市医院急诊外科收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者75例作为研究对象,调查分析乳腺癌术后化疗患者的睡眠质量及影响因素.结果:年龄<40岁、自费、居住在中小城市、每周锻炼次数均是影响睡眠质量的因素.结论:年龄<40岁、自费、居住在中小城市、每周锻炼次数少均会影响患者睡眠质量,且乳腺癌术后化疗患者普遍存在睡眠障碍.Objective:To analyze the sleep quality and influencing factors of postoperative chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 75 patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer admitted to the emergency surgery department of Ningde hospital in Fujian Province from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the study object to investigate and analyze the sleep quality and influencing factors of patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer.Results:Age less than 40 years old,self-pay,living in small and medium-sized cities,weekly exercise frequency were all the factors affecting sleep quality.Conclusion:Patients younger than 40 years old,at their own expense,living in small and medium-sized cities,and less weekly exercise all affect the sleep quality of patients,and sleep disorders are common in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.
