马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液局部治疗浅表型血管瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗婴儿浅表性血管瘤的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选择2017年10月-2018年12月本院确诊为浅表型血管瘤的患儿33例作为研究对象,所有患儿均给予马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液局部外涂,2次/日,每次间隔12小时,连续治疗3个月,观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果 经积极治疗后7例患儿显效,24例患儿有效,2例患儿无效,有效率为93.9%。定期复查血常规、肝功能、肾功能、心电图均未发现有异常改变,尚无发现皮肤瘙痒、脱皮、血管水肿、烦躁不安、色素沉着等不良反应。结论 马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液局部外用治疗婴儿浅表型血管瘤效果显著,且用药方便、依从性好、不良反应少,可在临床中推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effects and adverse reactions of timolol maleate eye drops in the treatment of superficial hemangioma in infants.Methods Thirty-three children diagnosed superficial hemangioma in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.All children were given timolol maleate eye drops for local application,twice a day,12 hours at each interval,for 3 months,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were finally observed.Results After active treatment,7 children showed significant effect,24 children improved,2 children were ineffective,and the effective rate was 93.9%.During the course of treatment,regularly reviewed blood routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram,and none abnormal changes was found,and no adverse reactions such as pruritus,peeling,vascular edema,restlessness and pigmentation were found.Conclusions Local use of timolol maleate eye drops for the treatment of superficial hemangioma in infants proves to be effective,with convenient administration,good compliance and few adverse reactions,it could be popularized and used in clinic.
