全科教学门诊联合病房培训模式在全科住培带教中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨以住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)学员为主导的全科教学门诊联合病房培训模式在全科住培带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年—2019年在桂林医学院附属医院全科医疗科进行规范化培训的全科住院医师36名作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各18人。对照组学员主要在病房进行规范化培训,研究组学员一方面要接受病房培训,另一方面要完成每周2次的全科医疗科教学门诊培训。对比两组学员培训效果及其满意度。结果培训结束后研究组学员在沟通能力、诊断能力、治疗水平、综合能力方面得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员门诊接诊能力、理论知识、临床基本操作考试成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);100%的研究组学员对培训模式表示满意,61.1%的对照组学员对单纯的病房培训模式表示不满意。结论以住培学员为主导的全科教学门诊联合病房培训模式应用于全科住院医师规范化培训中,更能提高学员对全科医学的兴趣,更有利于全科医师的全面成长。Objective To explore the application effect of general practice teaching outpatient joint ward training mode in standardized training of general practitioners.Methods Thirty-six general practitioners who received standardized training in the general practice department of the affiliated hospital of Guilin medical college from 2017 to 2019 were randomly divided into research group(18 patients)and control group(18 patients).The control group was trainedmainlyin the ward,while the research group was trained twice a week in general practice outpatient clinicteaching on the basis of control group.The training effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the training,the scores of communication ability,diagnostic ability,treatment level and comprehensive ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of outpatient visiting ability,theoretical knowledge and clinical basic operation examination the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),100%of the participants in the research group were satisfied with the training mode,however,61.1%of the control group expressed dissatisfaction with the simple ward training mode.Conclusions The application of general practice teaching outpatient combined with ward training mode in standardized training of general practitioners could enhance the students'interest in general practice,and is more conducive to the overall growth of general practitioners.
