摘 要:针对丁集煤矿主运输巷采用传统的“三相异步电动机+减速机+自主轴节”方式存在的问题,采用永磁直驱电动滚筒代替传统驱动装置,既精简了传动结构,减少减速机和联轴器,又能精确调速,大大提高驱动装置的效率,同时提高了过载系数,也减少了传动部受地压、巷道宽度的影响。通过实际应用表明,采用大功率永磁直驱电动滚筒带式输送机取得了良好的效果。Aiming at the problems of adopting the traditional mode of“three-phase asynchronous motor+reducer+autonomous shaft joint”in the main transport lane of Dingji Coal Mine,the permanent magnet direct drive electric roller has been used instead of the traditional driving device,which can not only simplify the driving mechanism,reduce the reducer and coupling,but also can accurately adjust the speed,greatly improve the efficiency of the driving device,improve the overload coefficient,and reduce the ground pressure on the transmission part and the roadway,and the influence of channel width.The practical application showed that the belt conveyor with high-power permanent magnet direct drive electric roller had achieved good results.
