摘　　要：目的:探讨寒冷环境下骨髓穿刺输液技术在实验猪中的应用效果。方法:选择我院野战医疗所寒冷环境下实验猪8只,选择其16条后腿进行胫骨或跟骨部位骨髓穿刺输液(实验组),16只耳朵进行耳缘静脉输液(对照组)。模拟战场环境,两组实验猪均经过爆震处理。在环境温度相同的情况下观察并比较两组的一次穿刺成功率、输液通道建立时间及输液速度。结果:与对照组相比,实验组一次穿刺成功率显著增高(P<0.01),输液通道建立时间减少,输液速度加快,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组拔针后即刻使用骨髓输液封堵器封堵,观察12 h后,均未出现并发症,且无死亡病例。结论:寒冷环境下,骨髓输液可以迅速建立有效的输液通道,且具有操作简便、节省时间、效果确切等特点,可达到快速补液、纠正休克的目的。Objective:To investigate the application effect of intraosseous infusion in cold environment in the swine model.Methods:Eight experimental swines were selected,16 hind legs were treated with puncture infusion of calcaneus and tibia bone marrow as the experimental group,and 16 ears were treated with ear rein infusion as the control group.The success rate of the first puncture,the establishment time of the infusion channel and the infusion speed in the simulated battlefield environment between the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the success rate of the first puncture was significantly higher(P<0.01),the establishment time of the infusion channel was lower,the infusion speed was higher,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).No complications and deaths occurred after 12 hours of observation using needle blocking in two groups.Conclusion:Intraosseous infusion can quickly establish an effective infusion channel,which is characterized by simple operation,time saving and definite effect under the cold environment.
