摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在机体的生理及病理状态下具有很强的促进血管生成的作用和调节血管内皮细胞的多种生物学功能。相关研究表明,VEGF与肿瘤的发生、发展及转移有密切的生物学联系,血清及组织内VEGF高表达与VEGF基因单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)有关。因此,本研究对VEGF基因SNP与泌尿生殖系统肿瘤的相关性作一综述。Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)has a important role in promoting angiogenesis in the physiological and pathological state of the body and can regulate various biological functions of vascular endothelial cells.Related studies have shown that VEGF has a close biological relationship with the occurrence,development and metastasis of malignant tumors,and high expression of VEGF in serum and tissues is associated with single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of VEGF gene.Therefore,this article will summarize the relationship between SNP of VEGF gene and genitourinary malignant tumors.
