不同饲养方式对京海黄鸡屠宰性能、血清抗氧化和抗应激指标的影响

摘　　要：为探讨不同饲养方式对优质型京海黄鸡屠宰性能、内脏器官、血清抗氧化和应激指标的影响,试验随机选取240日龄优质型京海黄鸡400只,分为4组,比较4种不同饲养方式(笼养、平养、果园林下全价料、果园林下稻谷)对京海黄鸡屠宰性能、内脏器官、血清抗氧化和应激指标的影响。结果表明:笼养组和平养组试验鸡屠宰率和腹脂率均高于两个果园林下养殖组;两个果园林下养殖组的盲肠长度极显著高于笼养组和平养组(P<0.01)。果园林下全价料组心脏重及心脏比率高于其他组,平养组肝脏重高于其他各组。笼养组和果园林下全价料组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著高于果园林下稻谷组(P<0.01),平养组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于笼养组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);平养组和果园林下稻谷组皮质酮(CORT)含量极显著高于笼养组和果园林下全价料组(P<0.01),果园林下全价料组显著高于笼养组(P<0.05)。说明笼养和平养可以提高京海黄鸡的屠宰性能,而果园林下养殖可以增加胸肌率、腿肌率,降低腹脂率。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different rearing methods on slaughter performance,internal organs,serum antioxidants and stress indexes of high quality Jinghai Yellow chickens.A total of 400240-day-old Jinghai Yellow chickens were randomly selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.Four different feeding methods(cage,flat,under-forest full price group,under-forest rice group)were compared to Jinghai Yellow chicken slaughter performance and other effects.The results showed that the slaughter rate and abdominal fat percentage of the cage group were higher than those of the two under-forest groups;the cecum length of two free-ranging groups was significantly higher than that in the cage and flat group(P<0.01);the heart weight and Heart-to-weight ratio of the full-price group were higher than those of the other groups.The liver weight of the flat group was higher than that of the other groups;the contents of SOD and GSH-Px in the full-price group of the cage group and the under-forest full price were significantly higher than those in the under-forest rice group group(P<0.01),and the CAT content in the flat group was significantly higher than that in the cage group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05);the corticosterone content and the under-forest group were significantly higher than the cage group and under-forest full-price group(P<0.01).The under-forest full price group was significantly higher than the cage group(P<0.05).Cage and flat raising can improve the slaughter performance of Jinghai Yellow chicken,and the cultivation under the garden can increase the rate of chest muscles and leg muscles and reduce the rate of abdominal fat.
