云芝多糖特征及其对运动耐力的影响

摘　　要：对云芝多糖特征及其对运动耐力的影响开展研究。通过云芝多糖的室温稳定性试验表明,云芝多糖具有良好的室温稳定性;抑菌性试验表明云芝多糖具有广谱抑菌效果;小鼠负重游泳试验表明,云芝多糖对运动耐力的提高有一定作用。证明了云芝多糖是一种安全的多糖来源,能够提升运动耐力。The characteristics and effect on sports endurance of Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide were studied. The results of the room temperature stability test show that the polysaccharide has good stability in room temperature;the bacteriostatic test shows that the polysaccharide has broad-spectrum bacteriostatic effect;the weight-bearing swimming test shows that the polysaccharide has certain effect on improving exercise endurance. It is proved that the C. veriscolor polysaccharide is a safe source, which can improve the sports endurance.
