摘 要:结合农村经济发展的现实状况,打造农村循环经济的发展模式,利用食用菌产业推动农村循环经济发展,让农村实现脱贫致富奔小康的转型升级,一方面吸纳农村劳动力促进地方经济发展,一方面调整产业结构、优化升级。采用实际案例的研究方法,对农村循环经济与食用菌产业发展之间相互关系及作用的联系展开研究,利用研究验证食用菌产业发展与农村循环经济之间的相关性。The production of edible fungi tripled from 13.346 million tons in 2000 to 36 million tons in 2018, accounting for 70 percent of the world’s market capacity. In the face of market demand, the future development potential of edible fungi industry is huge. Combining with the reality of rural economic development, the development model of rural circular economy should be created, and the edible fungi industry should be used to promote the development of rural circular economy, in order to realize the transformation and upgrading of the rural areas, we should absorb the rural labor force to promote the local economic development, adjust the industrial structure and optimize the upgrading. By using the method of case study, this paper studies the relationship between rural circular economy and the development of edible fungi industry, and verifies the correlation between the development of edible fungi industry and rural circular economy.
