摘　　要：恶性肿瘤仍是目前的世界性医疗难题,肿瘤干细胞是恶性肿瘤临床治疗的关键影响因素。肿瘤干细胞具有肿瘤原始活性,呈侵袭性生长,具有自我更新和形成肿瘤的能力,是导致肿瘤复发和转移的重要因素之一。乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)是肿瘤干细胞的肿瘤标志物,在食管癌、胰腺癌、卵巢癌、结肠癌和乳腺癌等肿瘤细胞中的表达明显增高,且ALDH1升高程度与肿瘤恶性程度及患者预后密切相关,即ALDH1表达水平越高,肿瘤恶性程度越高,患者预后越差。Malignant tumors are still a worldwide medical problem,and tumor stem cells are a key influencing factor for the clinical treatment. Tumor stem cells have primary tumor activity,invasive growth,self-renewal and the ability to form tumors,which is one of the important factors leading to tumor recurrence and metastasis. Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1(ALDH1) is a tumor marker of tumor stem cells,and its expression is significantly increased in tumor cells such as esophageal cancer,pancreatic cancer,ovarian cancer,colon cancer,breast cancer. The increase degree in ALDH1 is closely associated with the degree of malignancy and the prognosis,that is,the higher the expression of ALDH1,the higher the degree of malignancy,and the worse the prognosis.
