摘　　要：战略性新兴产业是引导我国经济社会发展的重要力量,对其信息资源保障体系和服务模式的研究能够了解用户对战略性新兴产业信息资源最广泛的需求,促进产业的快速发展和全面推广。以CNKI数据库作为文献来源,对2011—2017年战略性新兴产业信息资源保障体系与服务模式研究的文献进行梳理。总结建立数据库与信息共享平台、建立分层级的信息资源保障体系两种信息资源保障体系,归纳“用户—资源”“用户—资源—用户”“过程型”3种信息资源服务模式,探讨现有研究中存在研究概念不够明晰、研究内容偏于理论、研究形式比较单一、研究人员匮乏的问题,并针对问题提出对策。This paper summarizes related literature based on CNKI database and then sorts out the literature on information resource system and service mode of strategic emerging,sums up two information resource systems such as database construction and information sharing platform establishment and hierarchical system based information resource system,and induces three kinds of service mode,thus user-resources,user-resources-user and proceduration.Finally the article discusses the existing problems in the research such as unclear research concept,partially theoretical research,homogeneous research form and insufficient researchers and then puts forward countermeasures regarding these problems.
