摘  要:血小板是骨髓中成熟巨核细胞脱落的细胞质片段,其基本功能是参与凝血、免疫反应及组织修复、重建等过程。近年来发现,血小板在肿瘤的形成和发展中起着至关重要的作用,其可促进肿瘤细胞的生长、转移,增强侵袭能力,协助逃避免疫系统监视,促进血管生成及血栓形成。同时肿瘤细胞也可通过直接接触或间接作用使血小板活化,扰乱凝血系统,进一步增强肿瘤细胞的转移。因此,抗血小板可能成为抗肿瘤协同治疗的潜在靶点。Platelets are cytoplasmic fragments shed by mature megakaryocytes in bone marrow. Their basic functions are participating in coagulation,immune response,tissue repair and reconstruction. Recent studies have shown that platelets also play a crucial role in the formation and development of tumors. Platelets can promote the growth and metastasis of tumor cells,enhance the invasiveness,help evade the surveillance of the immune system,and promote angiogenesis and thrombosis.At the same time,tumor cells can also activate platelets through direct contact or indirect action,disrupting the coagulation system and further enhancing the metastasis of tumor cells. Therefore,antiplatelet may be a potential target for synergistic antitumor therapy.
