摘  要:建立了大气压固体分析探头离子源(Atmospheric pressure solids analysis probe,ASAP)-四级杆-飞行时间质谱的聚丙二醇快速分析方法,即ASAP-MS(/MS)方法。优化了聚丙二醇(PPG)样品分析条件;确定了样品的单体结构为环氧丙烷(或丙二醇);计算其平均分子量及其分布,并与凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、电喷雾离子源(ESI)测试结果进行对比;确定样品起始剂组成分别为丙二醇和甘油。结果表明,该方法操作简便,分析效率高,结果可靠,可应用于聚丙二醇的快速分析。A rapid method,based on atmospheric pressure solids analysis probe(ASAP)ion source,was established for polypropylene glycol(PPG)analysis.ASAP ionization conditions were optimized.The monomer of PPG was propylene oxide(or propylene glycol).The average molecular weight and distribution were also calculated,while results of gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and electrospray ionization source(ESI)were taken as comparison.It was concluded that the PPG initiator was glycerol or propylene glycol from the analysis of fragments.For its facileness,high efficiency and reliability,the method could be used for rapid analysis of PPG.
