摘　　要：作为一个在中小型城市发展的地方性师范院校,信阳师范学院致力于培养具有批判性思维、创新精神和家国情怀的卓越教师和高素质专门人才,致力于服务国家和地方经济社会发展,立德树人、人人成才、开放创新、活力担当,不断提升人才培养特色,提高师范办学优势。本文以信阳师范学院化学化工学院为例,介绍了其人才培养特色及其在提高师范办学优势中的做法与成效。Xinyang Normal University,as a local normal university in small and medium-sized city,devoted to training outstanding teachers and high-quality specialists with critical thinking,innovative spirit as well as native land emotion,aims to serve the national and local economic and social development,strengthen moral education and cultivate people,ensure everyone can be talent with open innovation and vigorous responsibility,continuously promote the characteristics of talents training,and enhance the educational advantages of normal college.Taking School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Xinyang Normal University as an example,its characteristics of talents training,and practices and achievements in improving the educational advantages of normal college were introduced.
