摘　　要：李东垣之《脾胃论》阐发"脾胃为元气之本",创"内伤脾胃,百病由生"论,立"火与元气不两立"说,创补中升阳、甘温除热之大法。诸多观点独树一帜,为后来形成的脾胃学说奠定了基础。现代医者根据李东垣学术思想,临床选用健脾益气法治疗肺系疾病,健脾益肾法治疗月经疾病,应用"火与元气不两立"理论治疗支气管扩张症,以及应用李东垣经典方剂补中益气汤治疗胃下垂等脾胃疾病,疗效显著。Li Dongyuan's theory of spleen and stomach expounds that"spleen and stomach are the foundation of qi",creates the theory of"internal injury of spleen and stomach,resulting in various diseases",establishes the theory that"fire and vital energy do not exist at the same time",and creates the method of invigorating spleen-stomach to rise yang qi,relieving fever with sweet and warm-natured drugs.Many viewpoints are unique,which lay the foundation for the later theory of spleen and stomach.Accord-ing to Li Dongyuan's academic thought,modern physicians choose the method of invigorating spleen and benefiting qi to treat lung diseases,the method of invigorating spleen and benefiting kidney to treat menstrual diseases,the theory of"fire and vital energy do not exist at the same time"to treat bronchiectasis,and the classical prescription of Li Dongyuan's Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to treat gastroptosis and other spleen and stomach diseases.The curative effect is remarkable.
