摘　　要：概述我国生姜油树脂提取工艺及其功能活性研究进展,为生姜油树脂提取、功能活性的深入研究及其产品的开发提供依据。In this paper,the domestic research progress on the extraction process and functional activity of Ginger oleoresin were reviewed,which provide references for the extraction of oleoresin,the further research on the functional activity and the development and application of its products.
