摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻咽癌患者在放射治疗过程中的心理状况以及应对策略。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月期间我院所收治的接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者(n=80),采用数字随机表法将其分为实验1组和实验2组,每组40例。实验1组的患者给予常规治疗方式,实验2组患者在常规治疗的基础上采取心理干预,在临床治疗后,采用自制的症状自评量表对患者心理健康状况进行调查,对两组患者强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等进行比较分析。结果:通过心理干预的实验2组的患者心理健康状况优于实验1组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对鼻咽癌放射治疗患者采取心理干预能够减轻患者焦虑的状态,提高治疗依从性,克服负面的情绪,使患者的心理健康状况稳定配合治疗,值得推广和使用。Objective To explore the psychological status and coping strategies of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy.Methods Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received radiation therapy from January 2018 to June 2019(n=80)were selected.They were divided into experiment 1 group and experiment 2 group by digital random table method,40 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group 1 were given routine care.The experimental group 2 patients took psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.After clinical treatment,the patient’s mental health status was investigated using a self-made symptom self-rating scale.The two groups of patients were compared and analyzed in terms of strong wave symptoms,human-machine relationship,depression and anxiety.Results The psychological health status of the experimental group 2 was better than that of the experimental group by psychological intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention in patients with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can alleviate the state of anxiety,improve treatment compliance,overcome negative emotions,and stabilize the patient’s mental health with treatment.It is worth promoting and using.
