川芎清脑颗粒治疗小儿偏头痛的临床效果和不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的:分析川芎清脑颗粒治疗小儿偏头痛的临床效果和不良反应。方法:选定本院收治的小儿偏头痛患儿74例,研究时段自2017年1月-2019年1月,按照治疗方式分组,分对照组(37例,盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗)、试验组(37例,川芎清脑颗粒治疗),回顾分析患儿临床资料,比较临床疗效、不良反应。结果:试验组临床总有效率显著较对照组高,P<0.05;试验组不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;试验组治疗前1周大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)与对照组相比存在差异,但P>0.05,治疗后4周两组上述指均标减少,且试验组较对照组小,P<0.05。结论:针对小儿偏头痛,川芎醒脑颗粒治疗可使患儿疼痛程度改善,减少疼痛次数,且不良反应发生率较低,安全性理想,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze adverse reactions and the clinical effect of Chuanxiong Qingnao granule(川芎清脑颗粒)on migraine in children.Methods:74 children were divided into the control groups(37 cases,treated with fluguiliazine hydrochloride capsule)and experimental groups(37 cases,treated with Chuanxiong Qingnao granule).Results:The total clinical efficiency in the experimental group was higher than 78.38%in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of ADR did not show a statistically significant difference between two groups in the first week,P﹥0.05;There were little differences in ACA and MCA between two groups in the first 1 in the first 4 weeks after treatment.The average index of the above in two groups was reduced,and those in the experimental group was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Chuanxiong Qingnao granule on migraine in children was effective,by reducing the number of pain,with fewer adverse reactions and safety.
