摘　　要：在信息高速发展的时代背景下,软件测试人才紧缺,表面现象供不应求,实际上供求脱节。为了解决这一问题,文章提出了“课-训-岗”精准结对培养软件测试人才的教学改革,从课程内容及标准修订、实践能力提升、岗位技能提升等方面展开论述,取得了较好的教学成效。Under the background of the rapid development of information,software testing talents are in short supply,which appears to be in short supply.It's a disconnect between supply and demand.In order to solve this problem,the"course training post"precise pairing training software testing talents is proposed.The teaching reform is carried out from three aspects:the revision of curriculum contents and standards,the improvement of practical ability,and the improvement of post skills.Good teaching results have been achieved.
