摘  要:在顶岗实习中,源于学校、企业、学生三方的不同利益纠葛,使这一教学活动备受争议。通过对顶岗实习存在问题的原因进行分析,提出以解决"效益"问题为中心,按"周期模式"的优化思路,进而执行岗位化、项目实施等措施,由校企双方共同设计顶岗实习各阶段方案、抓好过程衔接,最终实现顶岗实习教学活动的效益优化。In post practice, the different interest tangle of the college, the enterprise, and the students makes the teaching activity controversial. Based on personal experience in the practical teaching of post practice, the paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in post practice, and puts forward the optimization idea of "cycle mode" focusing on solving the problem of "benefit". Furthermore, through the measures of position, project implementation and so on, the optimization path of each stage plan, process connection and cooperation effectiveness of post practice are designed jointly by both college and enterprise.
