摘　　要：目的:探讨抗癫痫药物治疗耐药性部分性发作癫痫的疗效及影响因素.方法:2017年1月-2018年6月收治耐药性部分性发作癫痫患者80例,对所有患者进行抗癫痫药物治疗.统计治疗效果并分析影响治疗效果的相关因素.结果:治疗有效30例(37.5%),失败50例(62.5%).主要影响因素有治疗失败药物数量较多,治疗前癫痫发作频率>4次/月等.结论:抗癫痫药物治疗耐药性部分性发作癫痫效果显著.Objective:To investigate the efficacy and influencing factors of antiepileptic drugs in the treatment of drug-resistant partial seizures.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,80 cases of drug-resistant partial seizures were enrolled,they were all treated with antiepileptic drugs.The treatment effect was counted and the factors affecting the therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results:The treatment was effective in 30 cases(37.5%)and failed in 50 cases(62.5%).The main influencing factors were the large number of failed drugs,seizure frequency before treatment>4 times/month,etc.Conclusion:Antiepileptic drugs are effective in the treatment of drug-resistant partial seizures.
