腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后近期再手术原因分析及防治对策

摘　　要：目的:研究腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后近期再手术的原因及防治措施.方法:选取2017年8月-2018年8月50例腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后近期再手术患者作为观察组,另外选取50例腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后无须再手术患者作为对照组.结合患者实际情况分析再手术原因,并提出相应防治对策.结果:腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后近期再手术原因与患者术后出现直肠阴道瘘、肠梗阻、吻合口瘘等有关;观察组治疗后不良反应发生率明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后近期再手术原因与手术过程中操作不规范联系密切,在术前,可以根据患者检查结果以及患者实际病情制定针对性的手术措施,以降低再手术的发生率.Objective:To explore the causes of reoperation in the near future after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer and its prevention and treatment.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2018,50 patients with reoperation in the near future after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were selected as the observation group,50 patients without reoperation after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were selected as the control group.Combined with the actual situation of patients,we analyzed the causes of reoperation and put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures.Results:The reasons of reoperation in the near future after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were related to rectovaginal fistula,intestinal obstruction and anastomotic leakage;The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reason of reoperation in the near future after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is closely related to the nonstandard operation,before the operation,we can make targeted surgical measures according to the patient's examination results and the patient's actual condition,so as to reduce the incidence of reoperation.
