摘 要:乳腺癌是严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤之一,成为女性疾病致死的首要病因。近年来,随着超声造影技术的不断发展,超声微泡介导基因治疗成为当前肿瘤治疗的研究热点之一,有望成为一种新型的肿瘤治疗方法。本文将针对超声微泡在乳腺癌基因治疗中的研究现状作一综述。Breast cancer is one of the malignant tumors that seriously threaten human health and has become the leading cause of death in women.In recent years,with the continuous development of contrast enhanced ultrasound technology,ultrasound microbubbles mediated gene therapy has become one of the research hotspots of tumor treatment,and is expected to be a new treatment method.This article reviews the research status of ultrasound microbubbles in gene therapy for breast cancer.
