摘　　要：肝转移性恶性黑色素瘤少见,临床表现及CT表现不典型,难以明确诊断,现对收治的1例肝多发转移性恶性黑色素瘤的临床及影像资料进行回顾分析,以增加对转移性黑色素瘤的认识。Liver metastatic malignant melanoma is rare and its clinical manifestations and CT findings are atypical,making it difficult to confirm the diagnosis.The clinical and imaging data of one case of multiple metastatic malignant melanoma in the liver are analyzed retrospectively in order to enhance the understanding of metastatic melanoma.
