摘  要:目的:了解甘肃省师承教育继承工作现状,为进一步做好师承教育管理工作提供基础数据。方法:以甘肃名老中医药师承教育指导老师及其继承人(师承教育组)以及与学术经验继承人同单位且从事中医或中西医结合工作5年以上的非师承教育医务人员(非师承教育组)为调查对象,采用统一培训调查员,通过一对一面谈、电话访问及座谈会的方式进行调查。结果:与非师承教育组相比,甘肃师承教育继承人员的业务水平提升明显、临床工作业绩突出、科研能力较强、个人综合素质较高。结论:甘肃老中医药专家学术经验继承教育工作实施以来成果显著,培养了大批工作能力突出的中医药人才,对中医药事业的持续发展意义重大。Objective:To provide the basic data for the improvement of management work of teacher-apprentice-ship education further by surveying current status of Gansu provincial teacher-apprenticeship education.Methods:The teacher of Gansu famous TCM teacher-apprenticeship education and his/her heir(teacher-apprenticeship education group)and the physician who were engaged in TCM or integrative medicine more than five years and worked in the same work unit with the academic experience heir(non teacher-apprenticeship education group)were chosen as the respondents,the surveyors were trained uniformly,and the respondents were investigated through face-to-face interview,telephone interview and forum.Results:Compared with non teacher-apprenticeship education group,the heir of Gansu eacher-apprenticeship education presents higher professional level,outstanding clinical performance,stronger scientific research ability and higher individual comprehensive quality.Conclusion:After the implementation of Gansu famous TCM expert teacher-apprenticeship education,we have obtained notable achievements,a large number of outstanding TCM talents have been cultured and it is significant for the sustainable development of TCM cause.
