单纯内镜下手术联合清中汤加减治疗胃肠道间质瘤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯内镜下手术联合清中汤加减治疗胃肠道间质瘤的临床疗效。方法从2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治胃肠道间质瘤患者中择取100例中医证型为湿热内阻证的患者,随机分为试验组(单纯内镜下手术联合清中汤加减治疗)和对照组(单纯内镜下手术),每组50例。比较观察两组治疗后中医症状改善情况,评价疗效与安全性。结果试验组治疗8周后中医证候积分(13.72±3.16)分,低于对照组的(28.54±4.93)分,治疗总有效率(96.0%)高于对照组(84.0%),差异有统计学意义(t=4.717,P=0.037;χ2=4.375,P=0.039),患者用药期间出现2例恶心呕吐,均为轻度症状,发生率4.0%,后经指导有效克服。结论单纯内镜下手术联合清中汤加减治疗湿热内阻证胃肠道间质瘤效果确切,可加速改善患者胃肠道症状,促进康复,应用安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic surgery combined with Qingzhong decoction in the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Methods 100 patients with TCM syndromes as shire neizu syndrome were selected from patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(single endoscopic surgery combined with Qingzhong decoction)and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The improvement of TCM symptoms,the efficacy and safety between the two groups after treatment were compared and evaluated.Results The TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group after 8 weeks of treatment(13.72±3.16)were lower than those of the control group(28.54±4.93).The total effective rate of treatment(96.0%)was higher than that of the control group(84.0%),with significant difference(t=4.717,P=0.037;χ~2=4.375,P=0.039).There were 2 cases of nausea and vomiting during the patient’s medication,and both were mild symptoms.The incidence rate was 4.0%.After the guidance,they effectively overcame the nausea and vomiting.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery combined with Qingzhong decoction for the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors with shire neizu syndrome is effective.It can accelerate the improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms and promote rehabilitation.It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
