摘　　要：目的通过对98例喉癌术后5年生存质量的评估,分析影响因素。方法通过对济宁医学院附属医院2009年7月~2014年7月收治的鲁西南喉癌患者进行回顾分析,通过华盛顿大学生活质量表(UW-QOL)讨论患者术后生活质量的影响因素。结果经济状况、颈部淋巴结清扫、临床T分期、肿瘤复发、术后放化疗等对患者术后生存质量均有不同程度的影响(P<0.05)。结论早期发现并干预,合理的手术方式的选择、术后康复训练及社会的融入对患者生存质量有较大的影响。Objective To evaluate the quality of life of 98 cases of laryngeal carcinoma after 5 years,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods The quality of life of the patients after operation was discussed by the quality of life of the University of Washington(UW-QOL)through the review and analysis of the patients in the Southwest of Shandong from July 2009 to July 2014 in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College.Results The economic status,neck lymph node dissection,clinical TNM staging,tumor recurrence,and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy could have different effects on the quality of life after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions Early detection and intervention are reasonable.The choice of operation mode,the postoperative rehabilitation training and the social integration have a great influence on the quality of the patient’s life.
