高内涵技术定量检测姜黄素衍生物对CNE2细胞促凋亡作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究姜黄素衍生物C086影响体外鼻咽癌细胞CNE2对其增殖的抑制作用,为鼻咽癌的临床药物治疗寻找理论依据。方法高内涵成像分析姜黄素衍生物C086对鼻咽癌细胞CNE2凋亡的影响。结果高内涵技术定量可以检测出检姜黄素衍生物C086对鼻咽癌细胞CNE2增殖有抑制作用。结论姜黄素衍生物C086在体外对鼻咽癌CNE2细胞增殖有较明显的抑制作用。Objective To study the inhibitory effect of curcumin derivative c086 on the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2 in vitro,so as to find the theoretical basis for the clinical drug treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The effect of curcumin derivative c086 on apoptosis of CNE2 was analyzed by High-Content Screening.Results The inhibition effect of curcumin derivative c086 on the proliferation of CNE2 was detected by High-Content Screening.Conclusions Curcumin derivative c086 can inhibit the proliferation of CNE2 cells in vitro.
