摘　　要：目的估脑微出血对帕金森病患者认知功能的影响。方法纳入2014年1月—2019年5月于该院住院期间治疗的120例帕金森病患者,根据是否存在认知障碍分为帕金森病组及帕金森痴呆组,评估两组的脑微出血是否存在差异。结果共纳入患者120例,其中帕金森病组患者101例,帕金森痴呆组患者19例。帕金森痴呆组患者脑微出血发生率为47.3%(9/19),明显高于帕金森病组患者的脑微出血发生率7.8%(8/101),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=20.465,P<0.001)。结论合并认知障碍的帕金森病患者会有一个更高的脑微出血发生率,这可能为进一步寻找帕金森病患者认知障碍的原因提供参考。Objective To evaluate the effect of cerebral microbleeds on cognitive function in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 120 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in the hospital from January 2014 to May 2019 were enrolled.According to the presence or absence of cognitive impairment,the Parkinson's disease group and the Parkinson's disease group were evaluated for differences in brain microbleeds.Results A total of 120 patients were enrolled,including 101 patients in the Parkinson's disease group and 19 patients in the Parkinson's disease group.The incidence of cerebral microbleeds in the Parkinson's dementia group was 47.3%(9/19),which was significantly higher than that in the Parkinson's disease group 7.8%(8/101),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=20.465,P<0.001).Conclusion Patients with Parkinson's disease with cognitive impairment have a higher incidence of cerebral microbleeds,which may provide a reference for further investigation of the causes of cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson's disease.
