摘　　要：目的:就多模态MR成像技术在直肠癌T分期中的应用价值展开论述,探讨临床治疗诊断方案的优化模式。方法:现将2018年10月-2019年10月在我院治疗就诊的72例直肠癌患者作为调查对象,对所有患者分别实施MR平扫和多模态MR成像检查,整理病理分型,收集两组患者临床资料,开展回顾性分析。结果:多模态MR成像检查的诊断准确率与有效率均优于常规MR平扫诊断方案,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多模态MR成像技术能够较为准确地诊断出患者癌症病情进展,全方位现实肿瘤侵犯直肠壁中的深度与范围,明确周围组织的病变程度,提升整体诊断的准确率和真实性,有助于优化临床治疗方案,提高疾病治愈率和患者生存率。Objective To discuss the application value of multimodal MR imaging in T staging of rectal cancer,and to explore the optimal mode of clinical treatment and diagnosis.Methods A total of 72 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were investigated.All patients were performed MR plain scan and multimode MR imaging respectively,pathological classification was sorted out,and clinical data of the two groups of patients were collected for retrospective analysis.Results The diagnostic accuracy and efficiency of multimodal MR imaging examination were better than that of conventional MR plain scan diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal MR imaging technology can more accurately diagnosed patients with cancer progression,all-round in real straight intestines tumor invasion depth and scope,the degree of pathological changes of surrounding tissues,improve the overall diagnostic accuracy and authenticity,help to optimize clinical treatment,improve the cure rate and survival in patients with disease.
