中国青少年吸毒相关因素的meta分析

摘　　要：目的:探索中国青少年吸毒行为的相关因素。方法:检索建库到2018年12月的中国知网、万方、维普、Web of Science、PubMed、Science Direct、Springer Link等数据库,纳入中国青少年吸毒的相关因素的相关实证研究,对纳入的文献采用R语言的metafor程序包进行meta分析。结果:共纳入文献18篇,总样本量为95582,有12个因素被纳入meta分析,其中8个因素的合并r值表明其是青少年吸毒行为的相关因素,与青少年吸毒行为关联最强的为朋友毒品使用。结论:年龄、家庭经济水平、家人毒品使用、家人毒品态度、朋友毒品使用、朋友毒品态度、吸烟经历、酗酒经历,可能是中国青少年吸毒行为的危险因素。Objective:To explore the related factors of adolescent drug abuse in China.Methods:The databases of CNKI,Wan-fang,VIP Journal Integration Platform,Web of Science,PubMed,Science Direct,Springer Link were retrieved from the beginning of the databases to December 2018.The relevant empirical studies on the related factors of drug abuse among adolescents in China were included.The metafor package in R language was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 18 articles were included,with a total sample size of 95582.A total of 12 factors were included in the meta-analysis.The combined r of 8 factors showed that they were related to drug abuse among adolescents,and the most closely related factor to drug abuse among adolescents was friend drug use.Conclusion:It suggests that age,economic status,family drug use,friend drug use,smoking experience,drinking experience,family drug attitude and friend drug attitude may be risk factors to drug abuse among Chinese adolescents.
