摘　　要：2019年12月,新型冠状病毒肺炎开始暴发流行,其病原体为2019-nCoV,具有感染力强,人群普遍易感的特点。目前新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控形势严峻。在这样的背景下,作为一线的医务工作者肩负着重要的责任和压力,但是通过我们严格的管理策略,可以尽可能地减少感染暴露的风险。笔者通过对近几年的研究进展和指南的归纳总结,从结直肠癌的疾病筛查、治疗策略(包括早期结直肠癌、局部晚期结直肠癌、梗阻性结直肠癌、转移性结直肠癌以及新辅助治疗后患者的治疗)、辅助治疗的药物选择和时限选择、急诊手术患者的防护措施、术后患者复查以及医务人员的防护等方面,进行了治疗策略的改进,以期在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情严峻的形势下,为广大患者提供更多的选择,以获得最佳的治疗,也为各位同道提供更合时宜的治疗模式。In December 2019,a new outbreak of corona virus disease 2019 began to occur.Its pathogen is 2019-nCoV,which has the characteristics of strong infectivity and general susceptibility.The current situation of prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia is severe.In this context,as front-line medical workers bearing important responsibilities and pressure,while through strict management strategy,we can minimize the risk of infection exposure.By summarizing the research progress and guidelines in recent years in the fields of colorectal cancer disease screening,treatment strategies(including early colorectal cancer,locally advanced colorectal cancer,obstructive colorectal cancer,metastatic colorectal cancer and the treatment of patients after neoadjuvant therapy),the choice of medication and time limit for adjuvant therapy,the protective measures for patients undergoing emergency surgery,the re-examination of postoperative patients and the protection of medical staff,etc.,authors improve treatment strategies in order to provide more choices for patients to obtain the best treatment under the severe epidemic situation of new coronavirus pneumonia.Meanwhile we hope that it can also provide more timely treatment modeling schemes for colleagues.
