我国农村居民食物消费结构的合理性与空间差异

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国农村居民的食物消费结构已发生巨大变化,但仍然存在发展不平衡不充分的问题。本文通过对2017年我国农村居民食物消费结构的合理性与空间差异分析,得到以下结论:一是虽然我国农村居民食物消费结构已从过去的相对单一转变为多样化结构,但是截至2017年仍然有多种食物的消费量小于中国居民膳食指南推荐的摄入标准;二是我国农村居民食物消费结构在不充分的前提下又表现出明显的区域不平衡,这主要与不同地区农村居民的食物消费习惯与食物的可获得性有关;三是我国农村居民食物消费结构总体上存在全局空间正相关性;除食用油以外,其余食物消费都存在局部正向空间相关性。在此基础上提出如下建议:一是加强营养运动;二是培养居民平衡膳食消费理念;三是增强居民食物获取能力;四是丰富食物供给;五是利用食物消费集聚效应等政策建议。Since the reform and opening up, the food consumption structure of rural residents in China has changed greatly, but there is still a phenomenon of unbalance and insufficient development. This paper analyzes the rationality and spatial difference of food consumption structure of rural residents in 2017, and draws the following conclusions:Firstly, the food consumption structure of rural residents in China has changed from a relatively single to a diversified structure, but there are still a variety of food consumption less than the balanced diet pagoda recommended. Secondly,the food consumption structure of rural residents in China shows obvious regional imbalance under the premise of insufficient.Thirdly, there is a positive spatial correlation in the structure of rural residents’ food consumption;except for edible oil, other food consumption has a positive spatial correlation. It also puts forward some policy suggestions,such as strengthening the nutrition movement, cultivating the concept of balanced dietary consumption, enhancing the ability of the residents to obtain food, enriching the supply of food and using the effect of food consumption gathering.
