摘　　要：目的了解智能医疗策略下子宫内膜癌患者术中冰冻切片MDT模式的效果,筛选子宫内膜癌患者冰冻切片的最佳管理策略。方法采用自制问卷量表,收集2018年7月至2019年6月期间经过病理学诊断为子宫内膜癌患者的相关信息,一组采用传统模式进行术中冰冻切片,一组采用MDT模式下进行术中冰冻切片。结果MDT模式与传统模式下子宫内膜癌患者术中冰冻切片的结果报告时间方面(t=-17.018,P<0.001)差异有统计学意义,不同模式下子宫内膜癌患者诊断的正确性(χ^2=0.129,P=0.720)差异无统计学意义,多因素分析发现MDT模式、利用了医院内网系统、术中冰冻切片专人负责检测等会减少患者术中冰冻切片报告时间。结论采用MDT模式、利用信息系统、术中冰冻切片专人负责检测能减少子宫内膜癌患者术中冰冻切片结果报告等待时间,对缩短患者手术时间有积极作用,MDT模式在子宫内膜癌患者冰冻切片术中运用的具体细节需要进行一步深化。Objective To explore the effect of MDT model of intraoperative frozen section in patients with endometrial carcinoma under intelligent medical strategy,and find out the optimal management strategy for screening frozen sections in patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods We collected the information on patients with endometrial cancer after pathological diagnosis by using homemade scale between July 2018 and June 2019.One group performed an intraoperative frozen section using traditional patterns.The other one group performed intraoperative frozen section using MDT mode.Results It was statistically significant in report time on results of intraoperative frozen sections in patients with endometrial carcinoma(t=-17.018,P<0.001),while it was not statistically significant in Correct Diagnosis of Endometrial Carcinoma(χ^2=0.129,P=0.720).Multifactor analysis showed that MDT mode,sample information using the hospital intranet system,intraoperative frozen section person responsible for testing reduced the patient's intraoperative frozen section reporting time Multi-factor analysis.etc.Conclusions It can reduce the waiting time of intrauterine endometrial carcinoma patients with frozen biopsy results using MDT mode,sample information using information system,intraoperative frozen biopsy person responsible for detection.It needs to go a step further in the details of how the MDT model is used in the freezing section of a patient with endometrial cancer.
