摘 要:目的探讨YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针引导行脑叶深部病灶手术可行性。方法分析2016年1月至2019年1月近3 a 32例脑叶深部病灶用YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针引导手术的病例(观察组),对术中病灶定位的精确性进行分析,并与同期30例脑叶深部病灶行术中B超定位(对照组)进行比较,利用χ2检验差异。结果观察组32例,术中直接进入到病灶中心1 cm内的有26例,2 cm内的6例,对照组30例,术中直接进入到病灶中心1 cm内的有14例,2 cm内的16例,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用YL-1型穿刺针引导行脑叶深部手术,定位精准性较B超高,操作安全、易行,可作为脑叶深部病灶手术的定位引导方法。Objective To discuss the method of resection the deep lobe of brain focus guided by YL-1 type intracranial homatoma smash needle.Methods 32 cases(observation group)of deep brain lobe lesions were treated by YL-1 intracranial hematoma puncture needle in the past 3 years,and the accuracy of localization was analyzed.Compared with 30 cases(control group)of deep brain lobe lesions in the same period,the differences were detected by chi square test.Results 26 cases were localed into the focus for 1cm,and 6 cases for 2 cm in the 32 cases.In the control group,14 cases were directly entered into the focus within 1 cm and 16 cases within 2 cm.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy guided by YL-1 type intracranial homatoma smash needle is better than those guided by type-B ultrasonic.The method guided by YL-1 type intracranial homatoma smash needle is simple、safe、and easy to be popularized.
