摘　　要：大类招生模式给材料类专业人才培养带来新的挑战,同时"宽口径、厚基础"的培养方式也给创新型人才培养带来新的机遇。本文以大类招生人才培养模式改革为切入点,以培养学生的创新精神和创新能力为目标,结合西南大学材料与能源学院人才培养实际,对大类招生背景下创新型本科人才培养模式的构建与实践进行了分析探讨。When we implement the policy of large categories enrollment in material major,both the challenges and the opportunities will be faced by the model of"multi-content,thick foundation"for training creative-talents.To develop students’innovative spirit and practice ability,this work focus on the reform of cultivation model under the background of large-categories enrollment.Taking the specialized training practice of School of Materials Science and Energy of Southwest University as sample,the construction and development of the training mode of creative undergraduate talents have been explored.
