摘  要:大学生就业指导工作对指引大学生正确认识自己,找准职业发展的目标,明确努力的方向具有至关重要的引领作用。大学生就业受到自身综合因素的影响,将管理学理论"木桶原理"和"反木桶原理"应用于指导大学生正确认识和处理自身就业的优势与劣势,弥补就业短板劣势,发挥就业长板优势,合理取长补短,提高自身的核心竞争力,在激烈的就业竞争中取得一席之地,具有重要的理论和实践意义。The employment guidance is crucial for college students to correctly understand themselves,to precisely find the goal of careers and to clarify the direction of their efforts.The employment of college students is affected by their own comprehensive factors.It is very interesting and important in theory and practice when applying the management theories of"Wooden Bucket Theory"and"AntiWood Bucket Theory"to guide college students’employment.Because such theories could help college students to correctly understand and deal with the advantages and disadvantages of their own employment,to make up for the shortcomings of employment and give play to the advantages of employment,and to rationalize their strengths and complement each other,that will improve college students’core competitiveness and help college students to gain a place in the fierce competition for employment.
