摘 要:针对某含齿轮箱的高速主推进轴系,基于具有自主知识产权的软件SPSDP 06进行轴系校中计算,并将计算结果与CCS的COMPASS计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明:对于相同的轴系,两种软件的计算结果的相对误差小于5.8%;自主研发的SPSDP 06轴系校中软件已具有工程应用价值。在此基础上给出了轴系现场安装的一些建议。Shafting alignment calculation based on SPSDP 06 software with self-owned intellectual-property rights was carried out on a high speed main propulsion shafting with gear box.The calculation results were compared with the results using COMPASS developed by CCS.It showed that with the same shaf-ting,the relative error of the calculation results with the two different software was less than 5.8%.The self-developed SPSDP 06 shafting alignment software was thus proved to have the value of engineering application.Some suggestions are given on in-field installation of shafting.
