高校艺术类教师科研发展现状研究

摘　　要：在当今社会对艺术人才不断需求,国家对艺术人才重视度不断提高的大背景下,高校艺术类专业教育也随之迅速发展。作为教学质量考核重要指标的教师科研便成为艺术类专业教育发展和艺术类人才培养过程中不可忽略的一个重要元素。本文试从高校艺术类专业的发展及现状,结合自身多年艺术类教师教育教学管理经验,梳理总结了目前高校艺术类教师科研情况存在的共性问题,从而进一步提出解决问题办法,目的是能够为促进高校艺术类专业更好发展提供助力。Under the background of the continuous demand for artistic talents in today s society and the increasing attention paid by the state to artistic talents,the professional education of art in colleges and universities has also developed rapidly.Teachers scientific research,as an important indicator of teaching quality assessment,has,therefore,become an important element in the development of art education and the training of artistic talents.Based on the development and current situation of art majors in colleges and universities,combined with years of experience in teaching and education management of art teachers,this paper tends to summarize the common problems existing in the current scientific research situation of art teachers in colleges and universities,and further puts forward solutions to these problems,so as to provide assistance in promoting a better development for art majors in colleges and universities.
