摘 要:高浓度米酒酒糟废水化学需氧量(COD)较高,营养物质丰富,处理难度较大。工程采用自制改良IC反应装置对米酒酒糟厌氧发酵以及甲烷产生情况的适应性进行研究。结果表明该装置对高浓度酒糟废水的COD去除率达40%~60%,所产沼气符合作为工业燃料的要求,并且沼气百分含量与进料酒糟COD、pH、温度以及氨氮浓度有关。该装置有良好的应用前景,试验结果可为高浓度酒糟废水的处理提供参考。The wastewater generated from high-concentration rice wine vinasse has high chemical oxygen demand(COD)and rich nutrients,which are difficult to be treated.Improved IC reaction device was used to study the anaerobic fermentation of rice wine vinasse and the adaptability of the production of methane in this study.The result showed that the COD removal from the wastewater of high-concentration rice wine vinasse reached 40%~60%using this device.Generated biogas corresponded the requirement of industrial fuels.Moreover,the production of biogas was related to the COD,pH,temperature and ammonia nitrogen concentration.The device is promising for further application.Furthermore,the result of this study can provide reference for the treatment of high concentration of vinasse wastewater.
