硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的效果。方法:将2015-06~2018-06在我院神经内科治疗的74例椎-基底动脉系统TIA患者随机分为两组,对照组单用阿司匹林治疗,观察组使用硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、凝血功能、血液流变学及hs-CRP水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后APTT、PT、TT明显高于对照组,而FIB明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PLT明显高于对照组,红细胞聚集指数、hs-CRP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗椎-基底动脉系统TIA效果显著,能有效减轻血液黏稠度,抑制血小板聚集,减轻炎症水平,改善血液高凝状态,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To investigate the effect of clopidogrel sulfate combined with aspirin in the treatment of vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods:Seventy-four patients with vertebra-basilar artery TIA admitted to the department of neurology of bengbu first people's hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin alone,while patients in the observation group were treated with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate combined with aspirin.The clinical efficacy,coagulation function,hemorheology and hs-crp level of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of 94.59%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 78.38%in the control group.After treatment,APTT,PT and TT in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,while FIB was significantly lower than that in the control group.After treatment,PLT in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,erythrocyte aggregation index and hs-crp were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:clopidogrel sulfate combined with aspirin is effective in treating vertebral-basilar system TIA.It can effectively reduce blood viscosity,inhibit platelet aggregation,reduce inflammation level,and improve blood hypercoagulability,which has positive clinical significance.
