升阳益胃汤证治辨析与探微

摘　　要：李东垣《脾胃论》所创升阳益胃汤系针对脾胃气虚而立方。论述了该方三方面的用药思路,即甘温除热、补中升阳;升降相因、寓降于升;肺脾同调、培土生金。知常达变,将升阳益胃汤辨证运用于内伤杂病的治疗,每获良效。并介绍了此方论治反复口腔溃疡、慢性胃炎、咳嗽的三则临床验案。Shengyang Yiwei Decoction(升阳益胃汤) created by LI Dongyuan in Spleen and Stomach Theory aims at the deficiency of qi in spleen and stomach. The medication thoughts in this prescription can be summarized into three aspects:First,it relieves fever with sweet and warm-natured drugs and replenishes the rising yang. Second,it makes the qi rise and fall due to the rising and falling phase. Third,the lung and spleen are adjusted to cultivate native gold. According to the above three ways of using medicine,it is necessary to know the constant change and apply Shengyang Yiwei Decoction to the treatment of internal injury and miscellaneous diseases according to the syndrome,which can achieve good curative effect. Combined with the treatment of repeated oral ulcer,chronic gastritis and cough,three clinical cases are cited to illustrate it.
