摘　　要：地方应用型院校的法学专业在人才培养上依然存在目标定位不清、课程设置与能力培养不匹配、教师队伍建设急需加强、教学方法落后等问题。从培养出适应法治中国建设需要的扎根基层的卓越法律人才的目标出发,应积极推进法学本科专业的供给侧改革,以培养为基层服务的法律人才作为主要目标,全面调整法律人才培养能力定位,优化课程设置,建立多元化的教师队伍,更新教学方法。In the cultivation of law-major students,law departments in local application-oriented higher institutions see confused targets,imbalance between curriculum design and ability cultivation,weak construction of faculty,and backward teaching methods.Considering the cultivation of excellent legal talent working for the base and fitting the situation of China,local application-oriented higher institutions should promote the supply reform of undergraduates of law actively.In order to cultivate legal talent to work for the base,local application-oriented higher institutions are supposed to relocate the target of cultivation,optimize curriculum design,establish diverse faculty,and update teaching methods.
