摘 要:变速系统的核心是传动系统,无级变速装置的传动系统高精度控制可有效提升车辆传动比、承载力以及行驶性能。为此提出并设计了一种无级变速装置的传动系统高精度控制方法。在考虑接触区自旋干扰的前提下,依据控制方法设计参数自调整模糊-PI控制器,采用三角函数作为模糊变量,设计归一化区间的隶属度函数,同时制定参数调整规则表,实现无级变速装置传动系统的高精度、参数自调整模糊-PI控制。仿真结果显示:该方法控制的无级变速装置的传动系统动力性变化小,控制传动比与目标值接近,传动性能得到提高。The high precision control of the transmission system of CVT can effectively improve the transmission ratio,bearing capacity and driving performance of the vehicle.Therefore,a high-precision control method of CVT transmission system is proposed and designed.Under the premise of considering the spin interference in the contact area,the parameter self-adjusting fuzzy PI controller is designed according to the control method.The triangular function is used as the fuzzy variable,and the membership function of the normalized area is designed.At the same time,the parameter adjustment rule table is formulated to realize the high precision and parameter self-adjusting fuzzy PI control of the transmission system of CVT.The simulation results show that the transmission system of CVT controlled by this method has little dynamic change,the control transmission ratio is close to the target value,and the transmission performance is improved.
