摘  要:电大远程开放教育的学生在籍时间是2.5年到8年,而相关专业规则是按三年安排的。这就意味着会有部分学生在电大的学习时间超过3年甚至达到8年,因此将学籍内超过三年未毕业的学生称为滞留生。如果不加强对滞留生的管理,这些学生很可能会流失或无法毕业。滞留生不仅给电大造成经济损失,也会在社会上造成负面影响。如何加强滞留生的管理,让学生8年内能顺利毕业,这必须了解滞留生的真正需求,从学生需求出发,切实可行地帮助滞留生解决困难。以宁波电大经管学院所负责的三个本科专业为例,分析大量滞留生带来的影响,提出根据滞留生需求给予学习情感支持、切实帮助滞留生完成学业的一些管理对策,以期对减少滞留生、提升电大的经济效益和社会影响力有所帮助。The learning duration for a learner in a radio & TV university distance education varies from 2.5 years to 8 years,while the teaching arrangement is 3 years, which means some students may study in a radio & TV university for over 3 years, with8 years at most. Therefore, students who have been learning for more than 3 years are named as learners with prolonged durations.Those students may quit learning or fail to graduate if we do not strengthen the management of those learners. Such learners might cause economic losses to the school, and more seriously, they can lead to negative impacts to the society. Taking the three undergraduate courses of the Management Department, Ningbo Radio & TV University as an example, this paper analyzes the impacts of a great number of the learners with prolonged learning duration, and proposes to offer emotional supports to help the students in need, with a hope that students with prolonged duration will decrease in number, and the economic benefits and social influences of Ningbo Radio & TV Universitym be improved.
