摘　　要：目的探讨成年人群中白球蛋白比值(AGR)对甲状腺结节(TN)的影响及相关性.方法共纳入964例参与者.采用甲状腺结节超声诊断标准,发现379例受试者为甲状腺结节阳性[TN(+)]为病例组,559例受试者为甲状腺结节阴性[TN(-)]为对照组.采集血液样本,检测生化和代谢参数.两独立样本t检验分析两组AGR的差异.采用多元二项logistic回归分析TN与AGR等指标的关系.Pearson相关分析对TN与AGR等参数进行相关性分析.结果TN(+)组AGR明显低于TN(-)组(t=13.64,P<0.001).AGR与TN风险增加独立相关(OR:0.020,95%CI:0.009~0.043).相关分析显示AGR与TN呈负相关(r=-0.383,P<0.001).结论AGR与影响TN的风险之间存在相关性.能够成为一个重要指标,对TN进行监测和筛查.Objective To explore the influence and relationship of ALB to GLB Ratio(AGR)on thyroid nodule(TN)in adults.Methods A total of 964 subjects were included in the study.Using thyroid nodule ultrasound diagnostic criteria,379 subjects were found to be positive for thyroid nodules[TN(+)],which was the case group,and 559 subjects were negative for thyroid nodules[TN(-)],and this is used as a control group.Blood samples were taken and biochemical and metabolic parameters were measured.Two independent sample t-tests were used to analyze the difference in white-ball ratio between the two groups.Multivariate binomial logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between TN and white ball ratio.The correlation between parameters such as TN and white ball ratio were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The white ball ratio of the TN(+)group was significantly lower than that of the TN(-)group(t=13.64,P<0.001).White ball ratio was independently associated with increased risk of TN(OR:0.020,95%CI:0.009-0.043).Correlation analysis showed that the white ball ratio was negatively correlated with TN(r=-0.383,P<0.001).Conclusions There is a positive relationship between the white ball ratio and the risk of affecting TN.It can be an important indicator to monitor and screen TN.
